What does the consultation fee cover?+
It covers the professional assessment that prepares your project properly, including site inspection and logistics, measurements, physical assessment, client vision and lifestyle discussion, moodboard direction, preliminary scope review, feasibility checks, and early recommendations.
How much is a virtual consultation?+
Virtual consultation is NGN 150,000 and is held on Google Meet. It is best for early planning, guided direction, and clients who want to begin the design conversation remotely.
How much is an in-person consultation?+
In-person consultation is NGN 300,000 for Lagos, NGN 600,000 for South West states excluding Lagos, and NGN 950,000 for locations outside the South West.
Which states are under South West excluding Lagos?+
South West excluding Lagos covers Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, and Ekiti. Lagos has its own consultation fee category.
Is 3D Design & Visualization included in the consultation fee?+
No. 3D Design & Visualization is a separate service requested after consultation and priced according to the number of spaces to be rendered.
Can I book only 3D Design & Visualization?+
No. 3D Design & Visualization is not offered as a standalone service. It must be selected alongside another service and requires an in-person consultation.
When are consultations scheduled?+
Consultations are scheduled after payment confirmation. Virtual sessions are held on Google Meet, last 1 hour 30 minutes, and are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with two sessions available.
What should I prepare before the consultation?+
Please prepare your project address, photos or videos of the space where available, inspiration images, your preferred timeline, and a clear sense of the spaces you want JEB Homes to transform.
